The prices displayed on this website are subject to change if necessary, due to circumstances out of our control, such as changes in currency or Value Added Tax (VAT), and without prior notification, at the discretion of the retailer. The tax is not chargeable on goods exported to non-E.U. countries, however the customer is responsible for all charges and duty payable in the country of destination.
We have agreements with Swedish Postal Service (Postnord), Schenker and DHL, and we always dispatch according to the cheapest alternative for you as customer. To private customers, we dispatch to the closest postal agent. To companies/parishes, we dispatch to the given deliverance address.
All timescales are commensurate upon receipt of payment, not receipt of enquiry.
In stock items will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours. In case of out of stock items, we will contact you about a new delivery time.
Within Sweden delivery time is up to one week, outside Sweden please allow additional one to three days.
Please note that the above timescales are approximations and thus subject to change at the discretion of the retailer.
4. Payment conditions
Payment are due within thirty days of receiving the invoice. Invoice will be sent by e-mail, without any billing charges. With invoices sent by regular mail, the billing charge is 25 SEK.
Delayed payments will be subject to reminder fee of 65 SEK and monthly interest rate of 8 %.
For private customers, full payment to our bank account is due before goods can be dispatched.. When payment has arrived, we will ship the products.
5. Claims and Refunds
Any defects, damages, or shortages must be reported within one week of receipt of goods.
Any complaint must be accompanied by proof of payment in the form of the invoice number.
As soon as you get your products, please control that no items are damaged, and in case of any damages or inaccurencies, contact us as soon as possible via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, or via phone: +46-76-945 37 01.
At company/parish delivery to an address, please also report any damages or inaccurencies to the driver, and make sure to photograph both items and packing.
